Arjun Waney earned outstanding success initially in investment management and the retail business with Pier 1Imports Inc in the US. He is now Chairman, Managing Director and Principal shareholder of Argent Fund Management Limited.

His Midas touch in the restaurant business started with the highly acclaimed Japanese brands Zuma and Roka, which he co-founded with Rainer Becker and which have gone on to achieve remarkable and enduring success. On the back of this ascendancy, Arjun went on to procure the franchise to the La Petite Maison brand (the original restaurant is in Nice, France) and opened in Mayfair, London in 2007.  Another sensation was created and the brands, Zuma, Roka and La Petite Maison have continued to expand globally and to much praise.
