World renowned ballerina Tamara Rojo took a dramatic career step two years ago when she became Artistic Director of English National Ballet whilst continuing to perform, gaining critical acclaim for both roles.

Rojo joined us at The Arts Club to talk about how she combines her two positions, as well as the financial and creative challenges of mounting a new production. She also touched on how to preserve the heritage of classical ballet whilst introducing new commissions and arts funding in the UK.
