Executive Housekeeper

Urszula has spent over a decade cultivating extensive management experience in prestigious private members’ clubs and five-star properties across London. Urszula began her career at Capital Hotel before going on to deliver an incredible standard of housekeeping in hotels such as The Langham and The Wellesley.

In 2015, the same year Urszula joined The Arts Club as part of the opening team for our hotel, she was the winner of the Aspiring Manager Award, a prestigious award in the hospitality industry. Her sharp eye for detail and uncompromising pursuit for perfection has played a pivotal part in the up keeping of The Arts Club’s rooms and suites over the last five years. Urszula was promoted to Executive Housekeeper in September 2020, which sees her take on the additional responsibility of managing housekeeping throughout the club.
