Reservations Manager

After graduating from his master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Liang began his career with InterContinental Hotel Group, participating in their comprehensive Trainee Management scheme. Following this, Liang has worked for international hotel group, Hilton Worldwide, before moving to London to work as Shift Leader for InterContinental Hotels where he was responsible for the management and organising of his team.

An intrinsic desire to meet new people and learn about their cultural identities fuels Liang’s passion for the hospitality industry, and in 2013, Liang joined The Arts Club as Senior Receptionist. He has been an integral part of the running of the club, contributing towards key projects including the opening of our hotel rooms and suites and the implementation of new digital management systems that ensure a seamless experience for members.
