Executive Chef

Jean-Luc honed his talents in the finest restaurants in Europe and the US, working alongside such luminaries as Paul Bocuse, Roger Verge and Gaston Lenotre. In the US where he spent 21 formative years, he worked in Atlanta with Joël Antunes in 1999 as Sous Chef at the Dining Room-Ritz Carlton, Buckhead. In 2004, Chef Eric Damidot invited him to be Chef de Cuisine for the Atlanta Grill of the Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta and in 2008 invited him again to work in Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. In 2011, Arjun Waney and Raphael Duntoye persuaded Jean-Luc to relocate with his family to London, and he joined the Club as Executive Head Chef.
