Director of HR

Christian began his hospitality journey at Henley College, completing a diploma in Leisure & Tourism Management, before taking some time to travel internationally. Upon returning to the UK Christian joined Forte hotel, The Compleat Angler, in Marlow as a management trainee, where he broadened his professional experience, gaining a WSET Level 2 Award in Wine.

Realising his passion for supporting and developing people within the industry, Christian went on to pursue a role in Human Resources, achieving an associate CIPD qualification and becoming a member of the Institute of Hospitality. His career has since encompassed HR roles in some of the finest luxury hotels, including Grosvenor House Dubai Marina and Le Royal Meriden Beach Resort & Spa in Dubai, and the Berkeley Hotel and St Martins Lane Hotel in London. We are delighted to have welcomed Christian to The Arts Club team as Director of HR in January 2022, where he oversees all aspect of recruitment, career progression and development of The Arts Club community.
