Cesco Righetti

Chief Financial Officer

Cesco is a passionate leader who made his first steps in the world of hospitality during his childhood, when he learned and assisted with the operations of his family business. He graduated in Business Economics in 1996, before beginning his career in hospitality as Financial Controller for a luxury resort on Eleuthera Island, The Bahamas and in Havana.

Upon returning to Milan, he assisted with the opening of Park Hyatt Milano, as Director of Finance, before assuming the same position at the Bulgari Hotel. Cesco was then challenged with restructuring the Ritz-Carlton, Powerscourt in Ireland during the years of the economic downturn, with the scope of bringing the Hotel back to profit.

Three years later, having successfully completed the restructure, he moved to London where he opened the Bulgari Hotel, London under the position of Director of Finance. In 2017, he was awarded Hospitality Inspirational Leader by HOSPA, before joining The Arts Club in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer.
